2.7 Mahle ALUSIL ?
Did Mahle ever manufacture, or does anyone know of, a Mahle Alusil cylinder for a 2.7? TIA

I think Alusil are the typical (but not always) fitment for a CIS 2.7, with nikasil for the MFI 2.7. Someone else can probably confirm; I don't know to what extent Kolbenschmidt cylinders were used in this era compared to Mahle.

I've got a Mahle Alusil cylinder sitting on my desk (I need a 12 step program for this). Height group 6. By the way I need one Mahle Nikasil 90mm cylinder (height group 6).

Mahle made both Alusil and Nikasil cylinders.
