loctite 574 question

I sealed my 2,2 case with Loctite 574. Two days later it is still sticky to the touch. Is this normal? It seems the viscosity hasn't changed much although I have to admit that is hard to quantify.

It only cures in the absence of air. I need to shoot it into space?
What's the going rate these days $40,000 an ounce? Not to mention dragging it out of the Space Shuttle.

John are you still looking for old VW buses?

Thanks Wayne and John.
