Chain Cover Pics
Here is the way the oil versus the right chain cover looks. You can see it makes a couple of zig zags, I have the fitting circled on one pic where it connects to engine, it looks like the only way that fitting could be touched is by dropping the heat exchangers. I don't want to do that. I will take the hose fitting end loose and see if that gives me enough room to get the cover out, then I can check the tensioners out and hopefully see what is causing the rattle noise. Thanks.

I think if you break the line loose at the passenger side exhaust valve cover area (where it connects to another hose) you may be able to pull the line down enough to clear the chain cover. even if you bend it abit you should be able to bend it back no problem. I have done this on my cars but I don't remember having quite that much overlap there.
