Please help with 993 solid rocker conversion??

Hi all, I'm trying to convert my 1995 hydrulic 993 rockers to the solid lifter adjustable rocker set up.
I plan to track the engine and see over 7600 rpm (carillo rods) if that is a concern.
Is there an affordable kit available?
Can the 964 rockers be used?
Are machineing and new adjusters required?
Is the $1200 CMW kit a good way to go?
thank you.

All the kits I've seen are around that price FVDs is $1250 and is all inclusive.

Be sure to do the sprocket backdate at the same time.

ted,
What are you planning on doing with your old hydraulic rockers? I'm considering swapping out my solid lifters for hydraulic. I'm still not 100% on what exactly needs to be done for everything to work tho.

I have a complete 993 set with rockers, shafts, cams and housings if he is not selling. Let me know if you are interested.

rick (or anyone),
whats involved in swapping out solid for hydraulic rockers? i.e. What else needs to be replaced besides the rocker arms?

My understanding is that you need the complete cam tower setup in order to go from solid lifters to hydraulic. I know that the cam profile is different. To go the other direction from hydrauilic to solid, you just need the converted rocker arms...a much simpler operation.

Thanks for the info guys.
I purchased an RS solid rocker arm/shaft kit from Patrick Motorsports in AZ. If any one is interested in my hydaulic rockers/shafts pm me for a good price.
