differences between 930 and 964 turbo oil scavenge pump

I am giving up on the Tilton electric pump on being able to keep up with the flow from the turbocharger, I thought I had the oil problem solved by restricting the oil going in but the symptoms have reappeared. Is there a difference in the 930 and 964 pumps in regards to how they mount on the cam cover, it will be used on a 79 3.0 sc. engine.
Also what would you recommend as the best KKK turbo or others
to replace my old Rayjay TO4B.
