Sealant, heads to cam towers?

In Wayne's book he recommends using a locktite product to seal the heads to the cam towers. I don't have the book in fornt of me but I think it was 274 or soething like that?
Anywho, just wanted some input from the peanut gallery on opinions. Is that what everyone uses? Any alternatives for better or worse?
Tanks.

574 "Orange Goop" same as the case halves is what Wayne, Inc. recommends. Do a search on Henry Schmidt's name for some counterpoints - there are other options out there, too.

LOL I was just doing that and came back to edit my post to say 574 instead of 274.

So far the search has mentioned 574, wurth, 730 RTV, and yamabond.

I have used the Loctite 574 with good results. I have not tried any of the other ones but I believe Henry uses a different one and he guarentees his engines will not leak. So, there are clearly some other choices!
