Engine builders in Canada/Ontario
Hello, anybody had experiences with engine builders (good or bad) in the Toronto area. I am midway in the engine drop process and am still undecided on whether I want to go through with the rebuild on my own. The car is a 73T 2.4
Thanks, Joe |

With all the help you can get from all the guys here and Wayne's book you could do it yourself. I did, learnt alot through the process, had a great time. My first engine (2.0L) I did only the top end, second engine (2.2L) split the case. Both motors are running strong. Next project 2.7. Can't wait.

Hey guys, thanks for all of the encouragement. Yes fear is one part of it. The second is, time with the family. I've been doing a lot of home renovations over the last couple of years and have seen my kids growing up too quickly. I'm just a liitle concerned about how much time this is going to suck up from my personal life. I'm still undecided but plan on talking to Brent at Whaletail to get some rough quotes along with evaluating his capabilities.
