Here is my 79 930, 3.4L EFI conversion motor mocked up to look at the fit of the T61 turbo, 3.2L manifold and EFI wiring harness. I have 4 sensors to fit and other misc parts to test. So far, so good. I had the most fun installing 12 plugs...

Just curious...

What headers are you using? And how did you solve the 3.2 intake to head gasket issue?

The pipes are custom by Marco Manzie and are 1 5/8 primaries with 2 1/2 secondaries. I use 3.2L exhaust gaskets and bored out the exhaust ports to accept the 1 5/8" pipe insert.

Tell me about the crackle finish Don, it looks superb! did you do it yourself?
