Stock Spigot diameter?
Just wondering what the actual spigot diameter was for 2.0, 2.2 and 2.7 engines...Thanks, Scott

Case bore is 97mm for the 2.4/2.7 cases. 3.0/3.2/3.3 cases are all 103mm stock. Ralph |

97 can't be right for 2.0 to 2.4 if it's right for 2.7. A 2.4 case has to be bored for the 2.7 cylinders.

See page 210 of the Engine Rebuild Book. The specs and tolerances are right there. 92.072-92.159 for the bore on the early cases...
