And do we still get a signed copy and CD of pictures?

Do people who bought it recently get free upgrades like they do with software? Can you just rip out the pages that were changed and send them to me?

BTW: I was heading to Philadelphia on the train today for business. The woman next to me looked at me a little funny while I was studying the pages of this book. :)

I would wait until next week. We have them in, but we're still shipping the original version right now (we have nine left as of today).
