rebuilding 3.0 toying with 3.2 induction

Is this a possibility? 3.2 induction sys on a 3.0 .....
If so what parts will i need for the transfer of 3.0 CIS to 3.2 induction sys and is it worth the bank to do?
Thanks in advance for any help!!

This is a good upgrade, if your system is not working well. However, some difficulty in converting, as you need to hook up the various sensors, etc. to the engine and wire the DME. Not a super-easy job, but doable. Motronic systems can be expensive though (in good running order, $1500?), so it may not be worth it. You probably wouldn't see too much in actual HP improvement...

I thought the intake ports were different height's on 3.2 and 3.0 engines and that the 3.2 stuff didn't bolt up without machining?

I'm no expert or anything but it seems to me like it would be a waste unless you also enlarged the head ports to match the 3.2 intake.
