Zenith Jet Reamers

Anyone out there have a 55 and 60 jet reamer I might borrow or tell me where I might find them??

jet drills are straight, reamers are tapered. there is no such thing as a .55 or .60 reamer. you reamout the jet slowly and keep checking with the jet gauge until you get the size you want. many places sell the small set of jet drills arranged in a circle with a clear plastic dome top. about $20. in there is a .56 and a .60 among others.

I have a set of drills that lives in the handle of a pin-vise. I used to use these to drill out jets to get those "in-between " sizes.

Take a drill see if it fits in the jet in question, then pick a larger drill..etc.

I bought it about 20 years ago, and have no clue where from. You might try a hobby shop to find some extra small drill bits and a pin-vise
