Leak from Case Stud Under #1... Ideas?

Hi All

It would appear that the stud under cylinder 1 on the case is the source of a nasty leak. I torqued it up a little while ago but it loosened off... read: pulled :(

If I clean it up and dose it with JB Weld or Sikaflex, will this work? How essential is this fastener given it's next to case through bolts?

I'm p!ssed as I asked for the case to be "gone over completely" which I thought included a timecert (or at least a helicoil) at this stud.

Thanks for any input

Hope this helps.
