EBS Inc.?Good or Bad?

Have read all about Motor Meister on this board. Let me first say THANKS TO ALL who posted. Was considering sending them my heads for valve job & cams. My question is this, how about EBS for quality work and honest advice? Has anyone had work performed by them? If so, what was done?Happy with results?Recommendations greatly appreciated!!!

EBS is a great place. They know a lot, they are great with communication (always sends tracking numbers, etc.). I have a limited amount of personal experience having them do work for me as most is done by my local machine shop/Ollie's but I know many people that have done extensive work with them, and I know Jon Freismidl pretty well, and EBS is just a first-rate business all around.

There aren't a lot of places like Motor Meister--they don't seem to last long in the Porsche world. I think MM's existence is simply an aberration, I really have no clue why it's still around.

Agreed, I sent my case and many other parts to them for machine work during my rebuild and they were excellent to deal with. Jon was also the person I dealt with and he was extremely helpful.

2 thumbs up for EBS!

They've had my stuff in their shop several times, they've always met their expected timeframes, and their customer service is great. I've never had any issues with any of their parts or machine work.

I just sent heads and cylinders to EBS for rebuild. Spoke with Jon throughout. Nothing but honest answers and wonderful results.

I am glad to hear this too since I am thinking of a 3.4 twin plug upgrade this winter for my 3.2 and was thinking of using them for some work, Oh dont tell the wife, she thinks its just going in for an oil change!!!

I'm in here for EBS as well. Bought a few engine items and will have them do some of my machine work. Competetive pricing and good follow-up from Jon.

Will be shipping my heads & cams to EBS on Tuesday.Don was very helpfull & gave some good advice as well.Everyone so far has had good things to say about EBS.Good enough for me!Still kinda scary to ship $$$$$ parts to someone you don't know, thousands of miles away. This thread does ease the mind somewhat though!
