CIS Problem

Greetings,

I have searched around on the forum to see if I can find a similar post....unforatnaly I could not (unless i'm not looking hard enough). Ok, here is a little background on my setup. I have a 84 930 with a 86 3.3 turbo motor. Currently its running twin plugged heads, crankfire ignition, K-27 Turbo, upgraded IC and the most important mob of all a Euro Fuel System. So now you know the setup.......here is the problem. When I first start up, the idle will rise to 1200 rpm and then after about 1 minute it drops down to 900rpm. Now the major problem that I am experiancing, which I hope its all related the same solution.....is that its running really rich when its warms up. You can smell how rich its running....to the point that it make my eyes water. After its warmed up it runs rough at idle.....almost like it has a cams. Its nothing like a top fuel dragster idle, but still runs a little rough at idle. It idles from 900 to 1100 rpm then stays at about 1100rpm. My CIS tester just came in yesterday. I wanted to get some thoughts on what the problem may be before I go off and start testing things that shouldn't need to be tested. I am suspecting it might be the WUR going bad. Please help........I can't take the fumes anymore.

Thanks
Daniel

I think you need to get it onto a CO meter and set the mixture.
