SC distributor vac lines mixed up???
 
I got my vacume lines mixed up during oil leak repair ...
one line seems to have little vacume at idle and one seems to have alot of vacume ... which one goes to the advance and which on to the retard side of the distributor??

The line with lots of vacuum at idle connects to the retard side. The other side goes to the advance side. This hose will increase in vacuum as engine speed increases.

I think that's how it goes.
