Carbon fiber engine shroud
I am trying to find a source for a carbon fiber engine shroud for a 3.0L that is going to be rebuilt. I will be putting PMO carbs on it and like the look of the carbon fiber. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance. |

I think Hank at GT Racing has them. I think Peter at Rennspeed does too.

If carbon is just for the look, ask if they can make the part fiberglass with a cover layer of carbon. It is very exspensive. I was just pricing some for various 911 pieces, it will run me about $55 a yard, regular fiberglass is about 6-7.

Try www.autobahnextremist.com and tell them I sent you. They are having several CF parts made and the quality is very good.
