Head Stud Replacement
 
Im going to replace the head studs on my 3.2 engine what I want to know is do I just replace the bottom deliver studs and keep the original steel top studs as they all look in good condition no rust etc? Also what do I replace my deliver studs with? New delivers or standard steel ones like on the intakes?

Is it possible to use the later 993 fully threaded DILAVAR studs and do these offer a greater reliability?

Just replace the bottom row/Dilivars with the steel 993. Do a search, I've posted the part # a few times.
Steel studs in aluminum case, closed course, professional driver, yada yada...
