To Coil Over or Not to Coil Over

Please excuse my ignorance. What would coil overs give over the stock set up in my 85' 911 Cab? What are the benefits, if any? Are they worth the purchase?

Ignition coils or coil springs? This is the engine rebuilding forum.

PS: For a stock car (cab or otherwise), there are really no benefits to coil springs aside from the fact that they are easier to change. You can do a search on either the Racing Forum or the general 911 forum for some extensive discussions on the affects of coil springs.
