Silver State (http://www.silverstatemotorsports.com/) is by the Las Vegas Motor Speedway (6865 Speedway Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115).

I have taken my car to Carl's a few times (great people, Carl is a great character!!), I have not used (or visited yet) Premiere Sports. I know that Carl's does not have a dyno.

I'm no expert but I will say that you should do the break-in first, adjust valves and then do the pulls. Ask Henry to be sure.
