3.0 Valve guides

I'd like to hear opinions on valve guides and seals for a normally aspirated 3.0 street motor. I've come across several alternatives.
Thanks,

Ah yes....there's one in every crowd, but usually it's me.

OK, to be more precise...viton vs teflon seals...which bronze alloy guides?

I am using the phos/bronze guides, seems like thats what everyone is using, the ones with the shoulder on them, makes the install too easy, the seals are what I get in the top end gasket kit which should be the black ones, not the white which I think are the teflon..

If they are like most you have to turn them dwn to size to fit the hole
