Engine 2.4 -73 cam help
 
Hi
I have a -73 engine that runs but no power.
I have look at the camshaft and have following question.
Crankshaft at Z1 (tdc).
Left cam the dot(punch mark) pointing upward
Right cam the dot pointing downward
I this correct??

Differs the left and right cam from each other.

Both cams up, number 1 piston at TDC.
