dizzy grease and lube

Tearing down my 964 dual, wondering what others use to re-grease the ball bearings, needle bearing, and advance mechanism. Couldn't find anything about dizzy bearing grease after searching. Just any old bearing grease?

How do I know if the bearings are "bad"? Movement seems great - smooth and no play, but a little "grindy" on one where there is almost no grease left. I'm hoping a fresh squish of grease will fix it.
