can i stack metal cam chain housing gaskets?

Ive spaced my barrels enough so as to now need to space my cam chain housings! stephen kaspar (imagineauto) sent me some metal 993 gaskets which are nice and thick and have a tidy looking rubber inner sealing lip but just one of these isn't enough. could i use two of these? or does anyone supply different thickness metal gaskets for this area?
