car not starting

my car does not start well in wet weather.

newly rebuilt fuel pump becomes very loud and i cant hear the CDI box whistle. when it gets dry a few days later, she starts and runs like a dream.

i had the same problem before i replaced the fuel pump. so i am guessing it's something else.

does an old CDI box behave like this?

Check under distributor cap for condensation

Replace the ignition wires, plugs, cap, and rotor. That should solve it.
