Changing spark plugs 930

Can anyone tell me what is the easiest way to change spark plugs in a 930? (other than taking it to someone else to do). Are there any secrets or special tools or what? Seems I have to have 3 hands and a flashlight to get it done.

thanks and happy motoring!

Mike,
Once you get things out of the way, the Spark plug socket in the Porsche tool kit is far and away the best for removing and installing plugs.
I've got one of those "sidewinder" ratchets collecting dust in my tool box.
If you must use an extension and deep sparkplug socket, tape the extension and socket together. This will help keep them from coming apart inside the motor.
Remember not to tighten the plugs too much. One hand on the wrench and just past snug. Maybe 15 ft/lbs for those that use a torque wrench.
Again the biggest part is getting everything out of the way, so you can get a wrench in there.
Have fun,

I have actually had great success with the spark plug tools supplied with your factory tool kit. Works like a charm...
