Cam removal
How do I get the cam out of my 3.0? I do not want to remove the rockers or chain housing if possible. I curently have the gears off and all the rockers are loose.
Thanks Jeff

You will need to remove the rockers, otherwise there will be pressure on the cam lobes, and the rocker arms would interfere with sliding the cam out. Make sure you keep track of which rocker came from cylinder and port, because it should go back in the same spot.

Cams won't come out with rockers in place.

When you remove the rockers, I would recomend to install the RSR rocker shaft seals to prevent any oil leaks that can be in the future.

You might think that with the rockers loose you could maybe slide out the cam, but the cam journals will not fit past the rockers even if they are full loose.
