Question Oil Crossover Pipe Won't Fit!!! Help

I need some help/info on the oil line that runs from the case to the thermostat . I'm backdating the exhaust on a 2.7 (1977) 911 motor to the 1974 style as I'm adding headers. I've purchased the oil crossover pipe (911-107-739-10) from our host. However, the fitting that joins onto the case (driver side) is 30mm in size.
The fitting that I currently have comming out of the case is 22mm which screws into the case and the other end is 26mm with a concave bevel ( ie: an AN fitting)????? Is there another fitting that I can buy which is 22mm on one end, and a 30mm (male) on the other end which will mate to the oil crossover pipe.
Any help will be welcomed! :

yes, use the later fitting in the case.
