2.7 injection air injection plugs needed
 

Hi, where can I get a set of air injector plugs for my 2.7 heads? we have ejected the air injection and re built the motor. this is tha last stumbling block. can I just go 2 my local hardware supplier or is it a really specific piece.?

'76 S sunroof coupe

Pelican sells them. I used red loctite.

also Ace hardware has hex headed plugs that will screw right in ( use high temp thread lock)

1/8" pipe plugs. their taper locks them in nicely. try to find hex head ones.

Yup/lots less pricey

What material would be best used, brass or aluminum? I'm looking to do this on my '75 as well. Thanks!

The mercedes automatic trans. pan drain plug works well, the dealers should stock plenty

I just ordered some hex-insert aluminum plugs from Jegs, we'll see how that goes.

I dono why people want to spend more $$$??
