Has anyone ever chamfered the other side of the case to prevent the o-rings from tearing. Chris, I thought you were going to try this once on a future build. Any results?

Hi Vic, yes those are in for timing- now fitted with hydraulic tensioners.

Craig- that is an awesome tip- if only you posted a couple of months earlier...LOL

Well the engine is in the car and running-Tuning megasquirt is a fun experience... I'll post some more pics on the weekend,
