Can this be fixed?

I have the missing pieces for the cap, can I glue it back together?

Don't bother. Just use as is. If it runs ok your good to go, if not, get a new one.

According to Andial it is one of their repro's to go with the the Bosch RSR cap.

I think I will try to glue it back together, it can't hurt and it might help keep the spark where it belongs

Distributor Cap, the rotor is missing part of the seperator, but the Marellis didn't even have one, and the center contact is recessed quite a bit so I don't think it will jump that area.
