1967 911 valve seats

It's time to rebuild my 1967 911 2.0L engine again. This time I think I'd like to install steel valve seats in the heads so I can use unleaded gasoline without mixing in additives every time I fill up. Two related questions: is that still the correct approach to take? Can you recommend a shop that can do that?
One unrelated question: can the rear (front is a better term!) crankshaft main oil seal be replaced without splitting the crankcase? It's been fifteen years since my first rebuild and I forgot how it went on.

Thanks a heap,
Rick

Rick:

Any machine shop specializing in 911's can install new, harder seats in your heads that will be compatible with unleaded fuels. (we can do that here in-house, too)

Yessir, the main seal behind the flywheel can be replaced without splitting the cases. One must simply be careful about how the new seal is seated.
