How do you remove the hazard / defrost switches for bulb replacement?

How hard is it to replace the bulbs in your hazard and defrost switches in the center floor console on a 89 911 cab? I am not sure if I have to pull something off the switch or take off the black housing around the console for access? Any help appreciated.
