Bra
I have recently purchased a 2000 911 Carrera with an excellent paint job. I would like to protect the front of the car from chips but have heard bras wear away the paint at rub spots. Are bras worth it?

there are a number of threads on this...
probably the best thing is to have a film kit applied..or just forget about it and live with chips call Invica Shield and talk to them...they been doing this for 10+ years. I will do this on my car but right now I applied Girots Garage spray on bra for temporary solution

If you leave a bra on long around here, those little chips on the leading edge of the trunk will start to rust. Once that galvanized coating is violated, these bodies morph into '74 rust belt Detroit products. I'm gonna put on a protective coating just to protect my paint from the bra.
