2.7RS Mag - How to torque heads?

I was wondering how often this is necessary (primarily track car run at high revs). Also, is there a DIY somewhere that shows which parts to torque, torque values, and order of steps?

Many thanks!

I built my 2.7L hot rod motor 6 years ago using Divilar studs
and havn't touched the head nuts since. Dunno if that's smart or not, but to me it falls under the "sleeping dogs" theory.
