Stupid PMO Question

Trying to get my new PMO's oinstalled and I'm scratching my head. There is tons of installation and technical info on set-up, but nothing on the basics of installation. I can't decide which way the manifolds go on. There is a difference between them, one has a slip rod along one end. Anyway, I can install them on either side, and with these two mounting bolts either pointed in or out.
Does anyone have some good close-ups of a PMO install?

TIA, John

John,

The throttle pivot goes on the left carb bank (123) facing (pointing) towards the right bank, (456).

The other will also have the mounting point, but without the pivot rod. it also "points" to the inside.

Make sense? Post pics if not...

PMO's

Ok, I got the pivot rod, but what about the mounting plate w/two bolts that is in the center of each manifold? I have them pointing in, is that correct?

Oh that...

Can you see that pivot can angle either forward or backward?

Mount these plates so the pivot ball is father towards the BACK of the car. (You'd have figured it out when you hooked up the throttle rods)

Huh? I can move the manifold so the pivot is towards the alternator. Do the two bolts and mounting plate in the center point in or out?

Sent you a PM

The 2 bolts & mounting plate point IN. They support the crossbar linkage. Put both plates on loose so you can slip the linkage arm in. Put a little grease on the ball ends before you install them.

You've got it right in that pic.

John,

That picture is on the money...
