Identifying MFI Throttle Bodies

Is there a way to identify the MFI TB's with the casting number? Are the early one's from 69 to 70 all start with 901?
Is 69 the only year with narrow (67mm) stud spacing for the stacks?

Only the 69 thottle bodies have a 901 number. The 70/71 throttle bodies start with 911... and yes 69 was the only year with that stud spacing.

I think the information you are looking for is in this thread: MFI Induction Chart. Hope that helps.
