Unhappy Forgot the cylinder sheet metal on the left bank..!

Just when i was finished whit torquing down the left cyl. bank... the i discovered....****!! i forgot the sheet metal.. !

So the question is do i need to buy three new head gasket rings, or can i reuse the old one..?

You should be able to get it in with the jugs in place.

do you mean the oil return tubes..? Ihave already removed the head bank.. When i measured the headgaskets they are still 0.2mm above the cylinder top surface.. ( 0.008") so they will stil be compressed 0.2 if i use them again..??

I've reused them in this exact situation with no harm. I did like you and measured that they would still compress.

It is pretty tought to get them in with the return tubes in place. Ask me how I know . I ended up cutting the bottoms of a set once and re-welding them together! In hindsight I would not do this again, but I had a new welder and it seemed like a good idea at the time. It actually worked out prety good but if it was not my own motor I would have torn the cam tower/heads off. Never forgot them since though........
