911 eng. stand ring FOR SALE-NEW!
Hey yawl...
While tearing down my engine, I went out and bought a bunch of badly-needed special tools in the last week or so... Among them is an "engine stand adaptor ring" from Pelican Parts. This is the "cheaper alternative" to the pricey P201 adaptor. I paid about $150 for it...Anyway, As it turns out: this adaptor ring is surplus to my needs. Not only is it surplus to my needs, but Pelican won't let me return it (no returns on unused tools, I guess).  So, here we are; one BRAND NEW adaptor ring (complete with original invoice and packing bag) for your engine stand. Get "The Discount" here... $95.00(obo) plus shipping from zip 93555. Think a moment about what you're complaining about. How would Pelican know it is unused? I have plenty of used tools that don't have an easily discernible mark on them. Allowing the return of "unused tools and manuals" can quickly turn into a free tool and reference loaner service. Put your offer to sell in the Pelican ads where it belongs and perhaps someone will buy the "unused" adapter from you. Cheers. |
