Engine in and running!!! Hi to all After spending the winter rebuilding the engine for oil leaks and several broken head studs, it's all together, in and runs really nice. :D Found many problems from previous owner repairs, FV wasn't working, many grounds not hooked up, etc. It's all working now and the car has never run this well!! |

Congrats!!! It is always a great feeling when it fires up, runs better than ever, and knowing that you did it!!! |

Congrats, nothing like the first time you hear it fire up after months of blood, sweat and tears. I have a new appreciation for my car now. Brian |

You are brave... I can do a lot of work in the car and have done some rebuilds in other cars (951, F350...) but I still do not have the courage to open a 911 engine... Congratulations again! |

It was definitely a learning experience. I bought it as a winter project and it was an interesting one. I was a little intimidated at first and had no porsche experience, but that's what books are for and this site! I work on cars all day everyday, but nothing like this! |
