Plugs for MFI Ports

Any idea where I can get a dozen or so plugs to plug off the MFI ports in my heads? I can find places to buy some, but they want to sell me at least a 100.

Here is a picture of one that I have

try PMO. They supply them in their conversion kits.

That would be great Andrew

While your at it, do you have a crankcase Vent cover without the MFI oil line provisions?

I do have a question about the MFI plugs...I have my motor that has been plugged for over 15 years and want to remove them to install the MFI and sell the Webers. What is the best way to remove these plugs after so many years? Rust or possible seized to the heads is my concern.
TIA,
Bavaria911

If you have trouble locating the Porsche "factory" plugs why not go to a metric hardware supply store?

Removing studs can be tricky especially after all the heat cycles and the harsh environment they live in. PBR (pro breaker), wd40, heat (map torch or similar) and some other solvents are all used to remove sticky studs. If none of the above work there is always the drill and tap method.

Tried that, as usual for Porsche ,the size and thread, 12 x 1.5 is something a bit 'unique' mostly its 12 x 1.75 or 12 x 1.25

And with the manifolds being right there you can't use a normal bolt, or even a normal socket head screw, has to be something with a low head.

Hey Bavaria, do you have a MFI setup? I am removing a complete setup from a 2.4T which I will be selling, it will include everything including the sheet metal, and is coming off a good, running motor I bought from another Pelican last summer. I was going to use it as the basis for a 2.7 MFI, but I am going with EFI instead.
