				Polishing Combustion Chamber

Figure 4-19, p. 90, in Wayne's book shows a mirror polished head and valves. If my heads are going to be rebuilt do I do this before or after? do I do it with the valves in or out? Before you say anything, I know I wont get any HP out of this and no one will see it once its together... Should cut down on carbon build up though, I assume and I have a new buffer I've been playing with Best regards, Michael

I did mine with the valves out before I sent it off for a valve job. I've had the best luck polishing with Simi-Chrome.
