#8 Bearing Seal

Does anyone have any good "magic tricks" for getting the #8 bearing seal removed? Bearing is off of the engine, just can't get the seal off In the middle of an engine rebuild. Thanks in advance!

Prop it up on some blocks and drive the seal out from behind. Be carefull not to damage the bearing. The open jaws of a vice wound work if you covered them with some scraps of aluminum to protect the bearing.
