Camshafts renew

Dempsy suggests two vendors, Webcam and Elgin but there must be more specializing in 911 camshafts. Any recommendations?
Also, do you send your rockers?
Are prices quoted on each camshaft or the set?
What should you tell your camshaft vendor if you have an 87SC.

Had mine done by John at www.drcamshafts.com. Great service and great prices. Call and talk to him about what you are going to use the car for and he will recommend a grind for your engine. He also re-bushes and grinds the rockers as well.
