Fuel pump 911s 2,7 CIS '76

Hi,
I need to to replace front fuel pump. This is 2,7 CIS. Can someone advice which pump to buy ? I heard about Pierburg and BOSH (type 044 or 984). Do I still need to buy a regulator ?
I am new to the forum and perhaps similar question has been answered millions times.

The front pump is the same for 77 to 79 with an internal check valve. I know the 75 is back by the engine. With the front pump as long as it fits and gives proper pressure..then it depends on your choice.
