wevber 40's on a 3.2

Are weber 40's enough to feed a stock 3.2, I may run a mild cam, 964' or whatever camgrinder reccomends . I have pmo manifolds from a 3.0, and am wondering what induction to use on my sc, It is mainly for auto cross, and track days. Or should I try to source a motronic setup?? Any thoughts , help apprediated.
Thanks
Fred

Weber 40's are a little small to get the max HP out of your engine. However they will still work very well and provide great drivablility. I think you'll get more power out of properly set-up Weber 40's than you could out of the Motronic set-up. Motronic will make the best running engine and provide better fuel economy.
