Dual Distributor reassembly - Grease or Lubricate bearing/shaft?

Hi All,

I'm in the process of reassembling my dual distributor after replacing the distributor belt. There is a sealed bearing at the top of the primary distributor shaft, and an open bearing at the bottom.

Does the open bearing or the distributor shaft require grease or lubrication before reassembly?

While I had it apart, I cleaned the inside of the housing and noticed what appeared to be a type of yellow grease. So, I wonder if I should be using any grease during the reassembly, and if so, where, and what kind?

Thanks for your advice!

Erick
