Cams with 3.2- 3.4L build-up?

I have a 87 motronic 3.2 which I plan on rebuilding. I live in california therefore I must remain CA Smog legal.

I plan to go with EBS racing for the 3.4L kit. They will bore out my stock Mahle cylinder to 3.4L and match a set JE pistons. I plan to keep the compression ratio no more than 9.5:1. I want to keep a single plug setup. I will leave the bottom end stock. Also, will replace cylinder studs and rod bolts.

What cam profile is recommended for a daily driver, CA smog legal with Cat legal exhaust systyem?

Also, anyone with experience boring out mahle cylinders to 3.4L then using JE pistons.

P.S. I have already looked into 3.6 transplant. It will not work well for my situation
