Anyway to idenitify a MFI spacecam?

I just bought a complete MFI system which the guy selling claims was on a 2.4T (confirmed by the pump number) which had been rebuilt and modified to a 2.7 with S cams by Stoddard. Anyway to confirm this when I get the parts?

not externally without a volume test unless gus has records

Do you have a procedure and spec's for a volume test? I assume rotate pump at x revoultions should produce y volume in z time from one injector?

Procedure is probably in the MFI repair instructions. . . I don't know what the specifications are, certainly Gus has them but he might not let them out. Would be expressed as cc per number of revolutions. This may help, for the 911E cam. . . how's your German?

Note 3 seems to indicate that each cam has a different number stamped on it. Maybe that can be used to identify the type.

Yes, once you have the pump apart.
