Cam Tower pins
 
Does anyone know the best method for removing a pin that is stuck in the cam tower? I think it is glued with 574. will heat work??

Heat the cam box and grasp the pin with a pair of vise-grips to act like a heat sink and pull. Don't burn yourself (I have).
